Each day I stretch
and find:
Time for exercise
to hold my body strong,
Time for learning
to hold my mind strong,
Time for compassion
to hold my spirit strong,
Time for others
to hold my place in the world,
Time for creativity
to fill that place with fresh joy,
Time for play, Time for rest,
and gratitude
for being granted all that time.

These tools, developed by me in the past few years, have helped to deepen my appreciation of life and increase my abundant health to new levels.
This is a checklist of daily actions. I have printed out and framed copies that I display around my house and that I give as a gift to friends. I find that any day that I check off all the items on the list turns out to be one of the best days of my life - ever! When I first achieved such a day, a few years ago, I thought it was a fluke. Now I know that this checklist can transform lives. I share it with you because it is too good to keep to myself.
This checklist can provide you with the time you need to create a new you; the you of your dreams. I look at the checklist often throughout the day and mentally check off each item. I do not necessarily do them in order. I do not necessarily do only one of them at a time.
